The aim of the project is to increase the level of knowledge, abilities and skills that are crucial for the performance of the profession of selected employees of ASPERA technology and which will also contribute to the adaptation of these employees and the employer itself to changes in the labor market. The acquisition of new knowledge will shift the qualification level of the company's workforce and also ensure its compliance with the growing demands of the labor market.
