The main objective of the project is to start the process of systematic implementation of the age management concept and make it an integral part of the personnel strategy of ASPERA technology sro, thus significantly contributing to the overall development of the company and strengthening its competitiveness in the market, together with building a good reputation. Through the first steps of implementing this concept, we can begin to mitigate the risks associated with the development of the age structure of the company and the given region in advance.
