The aim of the project is to increase the level of knowledge and competences of ASPERA technology employees, not only in relation to technological development, but also to overall social and economic changes, to which the company must respond by continuous training of its employees with the aim of constantly updating their qualifications. Acquiring new knowledge will shift the qualification level of the company's workforce and also ensure its compliance with the growing demands of the labor market.
