Amada 3610 / Amada 2510 punching centers

The Amada punching center is an irreplaceable machine at ASPERA technology, thanks to which our metal production is precise, fast and economical. We have the punching press in two versions: the Amada EM-2510NT and its bigger sister, the Amada EMZ-3610NT, which allows thread punching.

With the help of cutting and special tools, we are able to make punches, threads, necks and other forming on the product. It is used for products with simpler shapes, which are made of thinner sheets or have a larger number of holes and holes. In such series, its use is more economical and faster than a fiber laser.

Multifunctional hybrid scissors

Multifunctional hybrid shears for cutting sheet metal are used in our metal production. Thanks to the hybrid design, the motor runs only when the cutting part moves, which results in noticeable energy savings and less wear on the motor. SafanDarley shears are able to cut even thin strips of thin sheet metal, there is no torsion.
