In our modernly equipped welding shop, we are able to weld ferritic, austenitic, high-alloy steels and Al alloy materials.

Welding methods performed:
MIG (MAG) – 131 (135) according to EN ISO 4063: Welding with a consumable electrode in inert gas (MIG 131) / active gas (MAG 135)
TIG (WIG) – 141 according to EN ISO 4063: Welding with a non-consumable tungsten electrode in inert gas

Thanks to modern technologies, we are able to precisely weld steel, stainless steel, aluminum and galvanized steel. The perfect quality of the welds ensures maximum bending and tensile strength. As for the machines themselves, we have a wide range of different types to fulfill a variety of orders.

Yaskawa robotic workplace
The six-axis AR2010 robot is, thanks to its high path accuracy, the optimal robot, especially for high-demand MAG welding applications. This robot is also suitable for welding bulky parts.

Svařovací automat
Welding machine for welding corners made of steel, stainless steel, aluminum or galvanized steel suitable for final use. Perfect weld quality without color change.
They were developed for welding sheet metal in a vertical position. They stand out with their precision clamping technology, where the weld is cooled and shielding gas is supplied to it, all combined with comfortable control of the welding cycle.
The maximum weld length is 300 or 500 mm depending on the machine model. The maximum inward fold can be 42 mm. Parts with an outward fold of up to 80 mm can also be welded. The limitation is given by the sheet metal clamping.
For stainless steel, it is possible to achieve results that can be used as a finished product without any further treatment. For example, when welding brushed or ground stainless steel, the resulting clean weld does not require any further surface treatment.
These welding machines are commonly used for the production of steel and stainless steel cabinets and switchboards, industrial kitchens and sanitary and laboratory equipment. They are also suitable for welding larger rectangular tanks such as ultrasonic cleaners.

Automatic corner former
The ACF CORNERFORMER offers completely new opportunities in corner production. This new flexible corner forming machine uses cold forming technology and can be used on a variety of materials from aluminum to stainless steel. The former creates a closed corner, without the use of welding and the need for grinding.
