Powder coating process

• 1st Stage – Degreasing + Fe phosphating (50 °C)

• 2nd Stage – Rinsing

• 3rd Stage – Rinsing

• 4th Stage – Rinsing

• 5th Stage – Rinsing with demineralized water (conductivity 2-10 μS)

The pre-treatment process is designed to meet the possibility of obtaining both GSB and Qualicoat certifications.
