Sheet Metal Bending

Aspera Technology's press brake fleet of six machines is among the best-equipped in the region. We cover the full spectrum of requirements – from single pieces to thousands of units, from thin sheet metal through medium-thickness parts to heavy-duty bending with a force of 220 t. The Salvagnini automatic bending centre is ideal for serial production – it replaces up to 4 conventional press brakes, reduces throughput times and lowers unit costs. For geometrically complex parts or non-standard lengths, we use the combination of Schiavi HFBX 220/4 (220 t, 4 m, 7 CNC axes), Salvagnini B3 (2022, 170 t, table 4,250 mm), and TruBend 5170. Typical products: switchgear enclosures, instrument covers, ventilation and air-conditioning parts, load-bearing frames and profiles for mechanical engineering, automotive components.
